After reading the article I began to wonder about the effects of radiation on the human body and at what levels we can safely expose ourselves. Here is another brief article on this topic from MIT. I didn’t stop there as I still had unanswered questions, but I won’t continue to bore you with that.

We also had Chairmans room passes. The best seats I’ve ever sat in. It was awesome! Unfortunately, the game was a blow-out with the Lakers losing and Kobe getting ejected. Sec 101, Row 8, Seats 1,2,3,4!

Many, like myself came from all around. There were DJ’s, artists, professionals, entrepreneurs, friends and family. I had met most everyone over the past 10 years at some point in time. We shared stories and laughs with Leslie’s “Hey Hun” and her big bright smile being very popular. I, like many I assumed, didn’t know Leslie all to well. We would meet on Saturday evenings for sometime at the nightclub Spundae, other parties and the all too occasional afterhours, but outside of that, we never hung out. Leslie had a way of bridging the divide which can be vast among the entertainment business of Hollywood. Leslie introduced many who worked on opposites and from different cliques who all became her friend and the rest fell in line. Leslie’s favorite party time cocktail, Jack Daniels and Diet Coke, dubbed the “LLusive” after her forum handle, flowed like the quiet tears and DJ mixed dance music. Some friends who couldn’t make it on short notice from overseas such as DJ’s and producers Danny Howells and Desyn Masiello sent special tracks and mixes to be played during the celebration. Amongst the flowers were foods from her favorite BBQ restaurant. As rain fell from the sky as if it were crying in an uncommon Southern California storm, I could only wish that someday my passing would bring so many together for a celebration like this. And I realized that I’ve got a long way to go.

January 6, 2011 Apple will again change the game and debut its Mac App Store. Rumored to be similar to the iOS mobile store all us iPhone and iPad users have come to know and love. Software reviews, ratings, list by popularity and other sorts. Apple is set to retain 30% of the profits which may be a tough pill to swallow for many software makers. What’s next?
